It's really an embarrassment to fall off stage during a performance. Nobody prays for such but it could have happened to anybody.
Nevertheless, these celebrities once fell off stage.

Burna Boy once recalled his most embarrassing moment on stage:

JOCELYN DUMAS
Ghanian Actress and Television Personality star Jocelyn Dumas, received the most EMBARRASSING MOMENT of her life last year, during the launching Channel O ONews Live in Accra Ghana.
In a Truth or Dare segment, Joselyn offered to be dared. Denrele then took off his gigantic shoes and dared her to wear, which she did. Joselyn walked and danced in the shoes for a while and then the unfortunate happened when she couldn’t move again and fell heavily on the stage.
“So how do you walk in this (referring to the shoes)” asked Joselyn after managing to get up with the help of the host, Denrele then replied “Fashion is pain.”
PETER OKOYE-PSQUARE
Psquare Peter Okoye fell off the stage in October at the Beat FM Triple 9 concert. Peter had to be taken to the hospital after the unfortunate incident.
TONTO DIKEH-POKOLEE
Tonto made headlines last year when she reportedly fell off the stage at Iyanya's Concert in London.
It was reported that Tonto Dikeh decided to get drunk as hell before going unto the stage to host the Iyanya concert, most people that were there were said to have confirmed that she was drunk as she behaved very odd all the time and made shrew comments like not having her ampit shaved and so on, before eventually chopping her teeth to the ground.
But the actress denied the drunk part of the gist as she maintained that she wasn't drunk.
AMAL CONTRAN, a Sudanese-Egyptian models Fell At Nigeria Fashion Week In Lagos
That unfortunate fate befell Amal Contran, a Sudanese-Egyptian model who stumbled during a runway show for Kinabuti, a Nigerian fashion lineby designer Caterina Bortolussi.
The fashion show took place at the Italian consulate in Lagos, last year.
Contrain was showing off a gorgeous print dress when she tripped and seemed to go flying through the air. The look on her face says it all.
WAJE: SHE DIDN'T FALL, BUT HER WIG FELL OFF
Nigerian singer, Wake, disclosed her looks after her wig fell off while performing on stage. The award winning soul singer was one of the star studded lineup of performers at Beat 99.9 FM 999 concert which was aimed at celebrating their 5th Anniversary. Waje showed up at the event looking hot in a mix print jumpsuit and her red hair.
Unfortunately the hair didn’t stay on for that long. As she entertained the fans with some of her hits, ”onye” the wig did a back flip and fell off. It's obvious that any other person would have been greatly embarrassed by the incident but Waje was a true professional. She carried on with her performance till the end.
